This Privacy Policy explains how Kijihana Daisuke (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the mobile application “moridori” (the “App”).

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the App and online resources we operate that the App links to (for example, hosted help media or legal documents). Third-party sites or apps you open from the App are governed by their own policies.

2. Information we process

Depending on how you use the App, we may process:

The App is not designed to require your contacts, photo library, or precise location for the purposes described in this Policy (if the OS shows a permission prompt, review what it says).

Run automated evaluation features (including generative AI)
Show and measure advertising where applicable
Enforce our Terms and respond to disputes
Create de-identified or aggregate analytics
Respond to your inquiries
Comply with law

4. Service providers and AI processing

We use vendors that process information on our behalf, including:

Generative AI processing may occur on provider infrastructure. Retention, logging, and whether content is used for model training depend on the provider’s policies and configuration. Do not submit highly confidential information or unnecessary personal data.

5. International transfers

We and our vendors may process data in Japan, the United States, and other countries. Where required (for example, for EEA/UK users), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and/or provider programs described in vendor documentation.

6. Legal bases (EEA / UK)

If you are in the EEA or UK, we rely on:

Contract (or steps prior to contracting) to provide the App
Legitimate interests to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and improve features (balanced against your rights)
Consent where required by law (where applicable)

7. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes above, consistent with our internal policies and vendor configurations. Aggregated or de-identified data may be kept longer.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, data portability, object, or withdraw consent. Please use our contact form (Google Forms). We may need to verify your request. EEA/UK users may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

11. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, please use our contact form (Google Forms).

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
